JUNIORS – we will confirm that we received your application, but we will not be hiring Juniors until around April, if positions are still available.

Camp Carl has several leadership programs every summer for High School Students. These programs are created to refine and equip future leaders in their schools, universities, careers, neighborhoods, families, and future relationships. Our two leadership programs are called “The Crew” – Servant Leadership Training Camp and “WIT” Wrangler in Training Leadership Camp. If you are a high school student desiring to work at camp in the future, we highly recommend joining The Crew or WIT for one or more weeks as a stepping stone to coming on staff at camp. You will receive personal discipleship and leadership training from two or more seasoned staff members focused specifically on your team. Not only will you be prepared for the demands of working at camp in the future, but you will have a blast building community and growing in your faith and in your personal leadership development. With a maximum team size of 10 per week for The Crew and 6 per week for the WIT, these spots will fill up fast.
