accommodations & Meeting Spaces
The lodgings at Camp Carl capture a rustic feel while providing the modern amenities you need to make your group’s retreat a restful & comfortable one. All lodging is bunk style with shared restroom arrangements (a limited number of semi-private rooms are available as well). Linens are not provided, and all buildings are heated and some air-conditioned. We can accommodate groups of 75 to 200+.
Our meeting spaces are fully equipped for both professional retreats and spiritual retreat meetings, and your retreat host will work hand-in-hand to set up your meeting space however you want with tables, chairs, music stands, and any AV equipment. All you have to do is let us know how you want the room set up and it will be ready to go when you arrive!

The Lodge
The Lodge accommodates all dining purposes during your stay here at Camp Carl. The facility allows for spacious, family-style seating for groups of all sizes.
If you’re expecting “just camp food” during your stay, think again— we are passionate about providing delicious, nutritious, and fresh food that demonstrates love and care to each guest. We also welcome your requests to meet dietary concerns and restrictions.
Tables & Chairs
No extra charge! We can seat up to 300 guests. We typically arrange the dining hall in family style seating. Let us know if you have a specific request!
Sound System
Background music while dining? Yes! We also have two microphones to use for announcements.
Meeting Space
Looking for a small prayer room or meeting with the leaders? We have a small meeting space with a wood fireplace and coffee!
Coffee & Beverage Bar
During your entire stay we will provide a full coffee bar with ice water, tea, and lemonade. Let us know if you also want a coffee bar in the gym and we are happy to accomodate!
Restrooms
The Lodge also includes stall style men's and women's restrooms.
Worship Center & Gameroom
The worship center is equipped with a giant screen, a state of the art digital sound and lighting system, Accommodates up to 400 guests and a stage that encourages passionate worship.
Chairs
No extra charge! We can seat up to 400 guests. We typically arrange the chairs in stadium style seating for worship and speaking purposes. Just ask and we can set chairs up however you request!
Sound & Lighting System
We are happy to provide a full service sound, AV and lighting system. Let us know your speaking and worship needs and we can personalize it to make the best experience for your retreat!
Board games
We have lots of board games your group is welcome to use at anytime during your retreat! Chess, Scrabble, Jenga and more....
The game room also includes carpetball, a foosball table, dart board and a weight room!
Half-Court Basketball
The gym can also be used for sports and team building purposes. Their is a half-court basketball court as well as a portable ping-pong table.
Indoor Climbing Wall
The gym also has a 25 foot climbing wall that is a great activity for those winter retreats. Be sure to ask your host about this winter activity!
Restroom & Showers
Restrooms are located in the hallway outside the gym. Both the men's and women's restrooms each include 4 shower stalls and changings rooms.
